Welcome to our new look Meal Manager, we’re always trying to improve our service and with feedback from parents we have decided to build a more flexible system.

Below is some information on our new Meal Manager that we would encourage you to read before ordering.

Allergen

Our new Meal Manager will now ask you to let us know if your child has allergies.  We can cater for pupils who have allergies, however, we need you to fill in a form and send back to us before we can confidently cook for them.  Further details can be found on our Allergen Page.

Log In

If you are already registered you just need to sign into Meal Manager the same way you always do with your email and password.

If you are not yet registered with Meal Manager you just need to follow the link to Meal Manager and enter your email address and a password of your choice (something you will remember for logging back in) in the ‘I have not yet registered’ section. You will then need to claim your children with the ID and Password provided to you in the letter you have received home.

Ordering

We no longer have fixed plans; we now offer the flexibility of ordering any day of the week. Just choose between 1-5 meals per week, on any day and click Confirm.

Your school has chosen to offer you either weekly or termly ordering. Please see below for more information on weekly and termly ordering.

Weekly ordering

If your school has chosen to offer you weekly ordering you will still be able to order for the full term.  We would encourage those that don’t pay for meals to do this to save you remembering to order each week.

Those that pay and would like to pay for a few weeks at a time or indeed weekly, can do so, please remember that if you do decide this you MUST order by the Tuesday the week before otherwise you will need to provide your child with a packed lunch.

Please remember to confirm your meals otherwise we will not receive your order and you will need to provide your child with a packed lunch.

Termly ordering

If you school has chosen to offer you termly ordering you will still be able to choose between 1-5 days per week, on any day you choose. You will, however, need to order for the full term in one go.

Those of you that pay will need to pay for the full term’s meals the same as you do now.  The deadline date is still important to ensure your child has a meal the first week of term. If you miss this deadline you will need to provide your child with a packed lunch.

Please remember to confirm your meals otherwise we will not receive your order and you will need to provide your child with a packed lunch.

Deadlines

We still need you to order your meals by the Tuesday.

If your school has decided to offer weekly ordering and you decide to order on a weekly basis you MUST remember to order and confirm by the Tuesday the week before. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to feed your children if you do not do this.
